How long before you ship out my order?
We typically ship orders from our warehouse within 24-28 hours.
Is my pet gate broken? Out of the box it has a gap between the handle and latch.
No, your pet gate is not broken. There will be a gap between the handle and the latch of your gate. Once you securely pressure mount the gate against the wall the gap will disappear.

How do I know what size dog crate or bed to buy for my pet?
Each product page will have sizing information for the type of pet the product is typically purchased for. On our dog crates, fleece crate pads, and portable dog cots we use dimensions as the key product differentiator. So if you measure your dog's height and length, that will be a good starting place.
